Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Kale or Spinach
 - ½ lime or lemon
 - 1 cucumber
 - 2 celery stalks
 - A few basil leaves
 - 1 apple
 - ½ inch fresh ginger root or Turmeric root
 - ½ teaspoon chia seeds ( soak overnight in about 2 tbsp water)

Combine all the ingredients in a juicer or high speed blender and Enjoy!
