Ingredients
- 1 scoops protein powder
 - 1 cup coconut milk
 - 1 tablespoon flax seed powder
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - 1 ½ tablespoon nut butter ( almond)
 - 1 bunch spinach
 - ½ cup berries
 - ¼ avocado
 - Ice and filtered water to consistency
