- ½ an medium avocado
- 1/3 cup spinach or kale
- Fresh mint 1 small sprig
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts ( unsalted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3-5 drops liquid stevia or 1 tbsp monk fruit or other natural sweetener of your choice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder or protein powder of your choice
- Optionally you can add 1 tsp. of hemp seeds or chia seeds as well for some extra fiber, protein and omega 3’s.
- Wash all your fresh ingredients before using. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender of your choices until smooth creamy consistency.
- Serves in a glass topped with some fresh mint and pistachios.
